My mistake. It looked like a phone bill that you sent back.
Try just writing “REFUSED” on the envelope, and leave it for your postal carrier like you do mail you are mailing out. You do have the right to refuse delivery of something, don’t you? No need to go to the post office to return it.

@MrPeggli hey paul thanks for watching. no that wasn’t a utility bill. It’s an offer to collect a fradulent and or fictitious and or frivolous charge for an aspect of the AT&T service I did not agree to. I’ve been using a CRICKET phone for HALF THE PRICE since the summer. No B.S. and very easy to handle, highly recommend it.

Is the full caps> you? Doesn’t the sender have the obligation to state “who” (not what) he/she is?
Where does it say that a man has to engage with a dead fiction = a corporate entity? Does one need to obtain permission to “refuse for cause” thru such & such act of corporate entities (govt)?
It is not about rights! it is about obligations, man… & all public servants (& corporate agents) have the duty to identify themselves, to the man or woman requiring them to identify themselves lawfully.
What a great idea! Just refuse to accept your utility bills and see how long your service will be continued, and then see how much more it will cost you to restart that service again!
